Shipping & Delivery

We use UPS Ground as our standard shipping method. USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the time of shipment. UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

UPS Ground tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. If tracking a package during shipment is going to be a concern, we recommend selecting the UPS Ground shipping option during checkout.

 

Express Shipping Options

UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver options are available during checkout. 

Rates may or may not include our own handling fees associated with certain products or certain shipping destinations. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided the items are in stock.

 

Free  Shipping for all  USA Domestic  Customers

All RETAIL orders that total $99 or more prior to tax and after the application of discounts, coupons, and gift certificates will qualify for FREE ground shipping in the continental United States.  Wholesale customers and oversized items are not included. 

UPS Standard and USPS Mail are available for orders shipping to Canada. You will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and other charges that may be applied by customs. We have no way of knowing what, if any, duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. YEDI HOUSEWARE may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We will not use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties.

Please note that there may be instances where it may be necessary for us to communicate with you for administrative or operational reasons relating to our service.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact at your own expense. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item only, excluding delivery and postage charges paid. 

You must notify us within 7 days by e-mail. If you are cancelling because of a problem with the goods then you must notify us at the time of cancellation. Do not returns an item until you have obtained a returns number from us so that your return can be tracked and inspected. For items with a returns number we will meet the cost of return by a carrier nominated by us. If goods are not returned by you, then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to you.

If you do not give notice within 7 days the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in the quantities shown in the delivery documents and you shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery howsoever caused.

Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, the cost of return will be met by you. However once inspection has confirmed the registered fault from you we will refund the delivery.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

 

Payment

Payment shall be made to us at the point of order.

We must receive payment in full for your order before we can process it.

You will be liable for all legal cost incurred in pursuing monies owed.

Promotions available on our web site are subject to availability.

Clients who shop online must be aged 18 years or over.

Only the following cards are accepted by us: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and other payment methods accepted via Paypal.

 

Pricing & Promotions

All prices and charges are expressed net of TAX, which shall be charged and paid as applicable.

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery.

Occasionally there may be an error that has occurred with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. If we discover that such an error has been made in the quoted price, we will contact you to confirm this.

 

Viewing Orders

You can view your order and your procedure thru the account created at our website. To do so please log in or contact us if you have a question.

 

Updating Account Information 

You'll need to log in with your current e-mail address and password to access these settings. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address.

Your data is safe with us. Unlike most companies we DO NOT share your information with other companies for their commercial use.
